Who Are You?

Through daily management of incoming customer communication and customer outreach you will provide The Atomic Bear customers an exceptional experience in product support, education and care.

Task at hand

  • Through multiple online channels, manage all incoming customer communications in a timely manner with favorable outcomes. Responsiveness and quality of connection with customers matters to us and should matter to you.
  • Reach out to customers with supporting product information, a genuine thank you for their loyalty to our brand or just to say hi!
  • Assist with the ideation and creation of customer service tools that would both benefit our customers as well as create efficient strategies for quality customer support.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in customer service relating to product and education support
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Creative and always looking for ways to improve
  • Highly proficient with web based software and tools
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • A love of working autonomously as well as the ability to work well in teams
  • Driven by results and growth through quality work

Availability

This is a part time position with a flexible schedule. You must be available for work as customer demand dictates as well as scheduled team projects and meetings.
