Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before participating in the September Views Challenge (the “Challenge”), hosted by The Atomic Bear. By registering, you agree to be bound by these terms.

01 Challenge Timeline

Posting period September 18 at 12:00 a.m. (EDT) until October 2 at midnight (EDT)
View counting Finalized immediately after the Challenge ends on October 2
Payout Week of October 19, through your affiliate dashboard

02 Video Requirements

To be eligible, every video must:

Include the URL stealthpenpro.com as text on screen
Feature the product as the main focus, naturally integrated into your content — not styled as an inserted ad
Show the product within the first 15 seconds
Include a spoken call to action: “Visit stealthpenpro.com and save 20%”
Mention at least two benefits of the pen
Be original content created by you
Contain no affiliate code or link
Be tagged #atomicbearpartner on every video you post — for legal purposes

03 Payment Terms

Rewards are calculated based on cumulative views across all eligible videos posted during the Challenge window
A minimum of 5,000 total views is required to qualify for any payout
Payment amounts are determined according to the published reward tiers, which are final and not subject to negotiation
Total rewards are capped at $1,000 per creator, regardless of views generated beyond the 1,000,000 view tier
The Atomic Bear reserves the right to verify view counts independently before releasing payment

04 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions will result in immediate disqualification from the Challenge and forfeiture of any earned rewards:

Purchasing, farming, or artificially inflating views through bots, click farms, or paid promotion services
Submitting content that is not original or that infringes on any third party's rights
Any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity related to the Challenge

05 General Terms

Participation in this Challenge is voluntary and does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between you and The Atomic Bear
The Atomic Bear reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Challenge at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud or abuse
The Atomic Bear reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms, at its sole discretion
By participating, you confirm that all content you submit is your own original work and does not violate any third party's intellectual property rights
