This is S.L. who cannot open the cap before, this company mail me a better cap promptly, the new cap works well, I appreciated their efforts, so I must give them three more stars instead and a second review.
I also have a suggestion, I try to put the cap to another end to help my thumb to press when breaking glass etc, it did better handling the hand grab/force indeed, but the cap can be better fit into that position for a little modification, pls kindly consider. Thanks.

Well I found this Great in all aspects pen, yeah and as a pen as well, I bought in replacement for my ridiculously broken too soon (within a year) 5.11 alternative, in addition to that I found that Atomic Bear models carries some tangible innovations, which make it attractive per se, say those daunting dents on the nozzle, soft shape snug into pocket, yet I, maybe its just me, have noticed a downside in the glass breaker cap devising. I am finding it gawky, inapt for quickly releasing on demand. Nevertheless I was absolutely happy with it, until one not so great eve I sowed it out somewhere in the quiet Walmart parking spot. Lol. As I've ordered it again anew, I am certain I've proved my loyalty and yeah, there suppose, there should be another happy new owner to it out from my pitch.

We're probably living in the most uncertain times of my life (in my late 50s) and I wanted to have a tactical pen handy for when I travel to Europe this summer with my family. I already the Rebel pen but was concerned it would get flagged by security at the airport since there's no cover for the glass breaking tip on that one. A reviewer said they took the Stealth Pen Pro through checkpoints in France without issue. France has strict laws about what non-law enforcement can carry (answer: not much and "self defense" is not a valid reason over there either), so that review sold me on this pen.
I bought this given that it looks more like a regular pen yet still has the glass breaking tip on one end. I like that the glass breaking tip can be unscrewed and stowed away if I really want to be careful about getting stopped or the pen getting confiscated.
I also appreciate how Atomic Bear provides free training videos on how to best use their pens for self defense. I also bought their emergency medical training video series as an adjunct to a local CERT training program.

The cap was really difficult to remove for the glass breaker when I first got it, but now it’s perfect. The pen is awesome! I did swap the ink for the fisher space pen fine black ink, which is way better. Overall, perfect for me.

I wanted to add the dummy end to the butt of the pen and when I tried to use the tool to unscrew the glass breaker the wire around it bent. the extra practice butt did not fit then I had to bend the wire back to holder the butt of glass breaker and now must have pliers to squeeze it back on if I take it off.

Just now received my pen pro. I am planning to carry it with me on my motorcycle rides. There’s a lot road rage out there with other drivers. A person never knows when an incident will occur. Along with the pen, I also carry pepper spray. With both of these safety items I will be able to defend myself if necessary. I am also a retired health care provider, and have had emergency medical training along with vehicle extraction training. The glass breaking feature is a bonus tool to have. Plus having a writing tool is very useful, I always am looking for pen to write with when I am riding. This pen is really cool.

Absolutely love the Guardian Titanium pen! I already owned the original which went with me on all my assignments, but the titanium version now goes with me on all my assignments, which require me to be in business attire. One thing I notice is that the action on the pen is much smoother on the titanium pen, and it writes beautifully. It also provides nice peace of mind to know that I am able to carry an essentially indestructible weapon in non-persmissive environments.
Highly recommend this pen if you appreciate tactical pens as much as I do, and rely on a solid writing tool for your work.
