I had bought the self defense pen and I love it, but the O ring came out and it had stretched out of shape enough to where it wouldn't stay in. I called customer service, and I was immediately sent another two O rings free of charge. Works great now, the cap stays on both ends. I'm glad to see a company that still believes in customer service!

Funny thing about the replacement o-rings: I have two SWAT pens and love them! I actually feel naked without one in my shirt pocket these last couple of years. The o-rings are a part of normal maintenance on these pens and most of us aren't used to maintaining much of anything anymore it seems, but I don't mind. I had tried to order a set of o-rings in the past and they never showed up so I went to Harbor Freight and bought a generic o-ring set that were the blue, high temp stuff for a Coleman stove/lamp hobby i also have. Anyway i made do with a couple of slightly thicker o-rings which make the cap a little harder to remove and post. So i tried to order another set of o-rings and got a pop up stating that they couldn't be shipped to my address. Not understanding why, I contacted customer service who replied to my email during the Christmas season stating that they'd look into it. I never heard back as to why but did receive a new set of factor o-rings in the mail in very short order, no charge. That's what i like about Atomic Bear. Not all of their products are for me personally and that's fine. Their customer service is top-notch and well worth pointing out to people. They are the type of company you want to do business with they set a good example in how they interact with their customers. Chuck
